Terms and conditions

  1. Dining vouchers are valid for use until the date shown on your individual voucher, excluding Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holiday periods and special event days.
  2. The voucher entitles the holder to two main courses for the price of one at a participating restaurant. To qualify for the Dining offer, two people must dine together, each ordering a main course. The main course that is of equal or lesser value will be given free of charge. At participating fish and chip shops, the offer is two portions of fish and chips for the price of one.
  3. There is an alternative offer to the '2 for 1' at some participating restaurants or fish and chip shops. Any restrictions or differences are clearly specified in the restaurant listing.
  4. The Dining offer excludes the takeaway menu where available unless otherwise specified.
  5. Reservations are subject to availability and must be made in advance. The promotion or voucher name must be mentioned when making your reservation and the voucher must be handed in to a member of staff when arriving at the restaurant of your choice.
  6. It is at the restaurant's discretion to accept more than one voucher per booking.
  7. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher or promotion.
  8. The promoter and MKM cannot be held responsible should any participating restaurant cease to trade or refuse to accept a voucher for reasons of their own.
  9. The promoter and MKM can accept no liability for personal loss or injury at featured restaurants, as far as permitted by law.
  10. In the case of any dispute between the voucher holder and any participating restaurant, the decision of the restaurant manager is deemed final. Any dispute must be settled direct with the restaurant concerned.
  11. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way than that described.
  12. Vouchers may be used once only and only original vouchers will be accepted.
